"The annual renewal charge" means, your annual rent for your web name, web space, email and basic web site maintenance, e.g. update broken links, a change of e-mail address. All other work to be charged per hour.

If however you wish to discontinue with your site, notify either by phone or email, and we will take the site off the internet at no cost at all. That's it.
